We blogged back in August about the government fraudulently reporting the numbers for the Cash for Clunkers Program. Now the AP is reporting clunker pickups were traded in for new pickups instead of highly fuel efficient vehicles. 95,000 new vehicles purchased under the program got less than 20 miles to the gallon.
